Refund policy

When you place a purchase with Kawaii Cloth, you are ordering our original artwork printed on a garment that is custom made, just for you, when you order it. Because of this, we cannot accept any returns or exchanges, or cancel orders once they have been placed, so please be sure that you have the correct size, color, or variation, and that you have entered your shipping address correctly. Please be aware that we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages, either, or offer any refunds, replacements, or exchanges based on lost or stolen goods.

However, if there is a manufacturer's defect, such as a misprint or ink spill, on any item you've ordered, we can work with our suppliers to see if you qualify for a replacement item. We require that you contact us within 14 days of receiving your defective purchase in order for us to inquire about a replacement item. We will require a clear photograph of the defect, and we may request further information later on, if necessary.
