Shipping policy

-Kawaii Cloth uses print on demand services to have our original artwork printed on a garment just for you, when you order it. It may take 2-10 business days for an item to be printed before it ships, and can take up to an additional 5 days to ship within the US. It may take up to 30 days for your order to ship internationally.

-Our products are printed in multiple locations. You may have items from your order shipped separately if they were printed in different locations.

-Please be aware that the effects of COVID-19 have caused delays with production and shipping for some of our print on demand suppliers, and some items may take even longer to print or ship.

-We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, and cannot offer any refunds, replacements, or exchanges based on lost or stolen goods.
